Ordering Parts
If you're looking to order parts, the team here at Norco is happy to help you determine exactly what parts you need and work out a solution. To get started, send us an email at support@norcobicycles.zendesk.com, and include the following:
- Photo of whole bike
- Photo of the hardware in question, with context of the surrounding area if possible
- Your full name, address, and phone number
If you find it more convenient to assemble a list of requested parts, please free to review our technical documents on the Help Centre, and submit a list of desired parts. We'll help confirm the accuracy of the requested parts before moving forward.
