Buying on Norco.com
Riders in Canada and the USA can now purchase bikes directly through Norco.com and pick them up at the Authorized Norco Dealer of their choice. Each bike purchase comes with a complimentary professional build. Bikes purchased through Norco.com are only available for Click and Collect at this time. This means that you must visit the dealer in person to pick up the bike or make arrangements with the dealer to have the bike delivered to you by local delivery. (*Select Retailers only)
Please note the radius of local delivery is set by the dealer and involves a bike shop staff member arranging a time to drop your assembled bike off at your home.
Bikes available for purchase on Norco.com are either already located at a Norco Dealer, or when possible will be shipped from the Norco warehouse to the dealer of your choice for assembly and pick up.
In-Shop Availability
These bikes are already located at a Norco Dealer and available for purchase through Norco.com.
1) Browse to the product page of the bike you would like to purchase
2) Select the size and colour of bike you would like to purchase
3) Click the SEARCH IN SHOPS link located below the Add to Cart button.
4) The Search in Shops Link will open the In Shop Availability window that shows you all the dealers across the country who have this model of bike in stock.
You can see the distance the dealer’s location is from you in the pop up. If the dealer is within a reasonable driving distance from you, you can proceed to close the window, return to the product page and add the bike to your cart.
*Please note that you must choose a dealer close to you as we cannot transfer bikes from one dealer to another.
5) In the checkout, you will be asked to enter your address and payment details and will be prompted to choose an Authorized Norco Dealer to purchase and pick up your bike from.
Again, be mindful of the geo location of the dealer you are purchasing from. Make sure the bike is within a distance you are willing to travel to pick it up from the store. If the answer is yes, proceed to checkout and make your purchase.
6) Once your purchase as been made, you will receive an email confirming your purchase as well as a verification code you must present when picking up your order.
Bikes available from our Warehouse
Another method of purchasing your bike, when stock levels make it possible, is to have it come from the Norco Warehouse and be shipped to an Authorized dealer near you for a complimentary build and pick up.
1) Browse to the product page of the bike you would like to purchase
2) Select the size and colour of bike you would like to purchase and add it to your cart.
3) When you are ready to check out, click the check-out button at the bottom of the cart.
4) After you click the check-out button, you will be directed to the Shipping Method Page where you will choose an Authorized Norco Dealer (close to your home address) who will receive your bike shipment, professionally assemble your bike and have it ready for you to pick up or deliver to your home. (*Select Retailers only)
5) Once you choose your local Authorized Norco Dealer, you will be prompted to enter your payment information.
6) After your order is submitted and payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a verification code. You will need the verification code to pick up your new bike from your chosen Norco dealer.
7) Once your order leaves the Norco Warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking code you can use to track your shipment to your chosen dealer.
8) When your dealer receives your new bicycle shipment, they will contact you to set up a time to come to the store and pick up your new professionally assembled bike or coordinate a time for your local delivery (*Select Retailers only), depending on the method you selected at checkout.
Please note that to pick up your new Norco Bicycle from your chosen Authorized Norco Dealer, you must bring with you:
1. A valid piece of ID.
2. The credit card you used to purchase the bike online.
3. The verification code which was sent to you in your order confirmation email.
