- Your dealer will assess the damage and provide Norco with the details regarding the warranty.
- Norco will assess your warranty claim and work with your dealer to resolve the issue.

If you don't live near the dealer you purchased your bike from, and need to ship the bike back to the dealer for warranty, the cost of transportation/shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.
Labor costs associated with warranty claims are not covered by the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
