- Bring your bike to the Norco dealer you purchased it from with a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Your dealer will assess the damage and provide Norco and/or our distribution partner for your area with the details regarding the claim.
- Norco will assess your warranty claim and work with your dealer and/or our distribution partner for your area to resolve the issue.
If you've recently moved or don't live near your original Norco dealer, you can still reach out to your closest local dealer for warranty assistance.

If you don't live near the dealer you purchased your bike from, and need to ship the bike back to the dealer for warranty, the cost of transportation/shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.
Labor costs associated with warranty claims are not covered by the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
