While our network of authorized dealers are usually the first line of support for in-person inspection and filing of warranty claims, we know that Norco riders are all around the world, and have processes in place to help you out.
Submitting Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim when you are outside an area covered by dealers, please connect with us at email@example.com directly, and provide the following info:
- Photo of whole bike
- Photo of defect
- Photo of serial number etching or sticker (the location of the serial varies based on model)
- A copy of proof of purchase
- Your full name, address, and phone number
- A bicycle dealer or specialist bike shop that will receive parts and perform service according to the instructions outlined in our assembly documents.
The support team will submit the claim to the warranty department on your behalf, and an assessment will be done on the bike. If the claim is approved, the listed bike shop will be contacted with next steps, and become your primary point of communications to get your bike rolling again.
